Moore Stephens Monaco was established by Moore Stephens London to satisfy the offshore requirements of our international private clients and continues to be connected through ownership by Moore Stephens London today.
Clients are principally private owner-managed businesses and medium capitalisation quoted companies, many of which are substantial international groups. In addition to Trust and Company Administration Services, Moore Stephens Monaco has a fully serviced audit department which provides auditing services for groups or their subsidiaries, including listed entities.

Moore Stephens Services S.A.M. has a wholly owned trust company, Port of Hercules Trustees Limited, which has a general trust licence in the British Virgin Islands, but which is also administered by Moore Stephens in Monaco.
